At Oceanic Persp8ctives, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality photographic prints and products. Each order is custom-printed and made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato.
1. Change of Mind
Because our products are custom-made for each order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or change in personal circumstances.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain in place. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product you receive:

Is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Does not match the description provided on our website.

Has a manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. To process your claim, please provide:

A clear description of the issue.

Photos of the product and packaging showing the defect/damage.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Order Issues
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
