  • We sell original photography prints and related products via a print-on-demand service (Gelato).

  • All images and products are subject to availability.

  • Colours and details may vary slightly between on-screen display and printed products due to printing processes.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed through our website and fulfilled via Gelato.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Printing and delivery are handled by Gelato.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and product type. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services or customs processing.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • As products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the issue.

  • Replacement or refund decisions will be at our discretion and may require return of the faulty item.
