This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order fulfilment, delivery, and associated charges for products purchased from Oceanic Persp8ctives (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Order Processing
  • All orders are print-on-demand and are fulfilled by our trusted partner, Gelato.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from the date of payment.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to supply chain delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • We offer domestic (Australia) and international shipping.

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. Typical delivery times are:

    • Australia: 5–10 business days (after processing)

    • New Zealand: 7–14 business days (after processing)

    • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days (after processing)

  • All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs delays, postal disruptions, or extreme weather events.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, product type, and selected shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

4. Tracking Your Order
  • Most orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

  • Some smaller items may be shipped without tracking, depending on the destination and product type.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

  • We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be charged additional shipping costs to resend it.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with Gelato and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
